I have a nest thermostat! I wired it and put it in myself.....with that said, i experienced a few little issues in the fall and had to replace my board on my unit. I did the work myself and had heat in the fall, BUT now its summer and, go figure no cold air. I was at my wits end and couldn't figure it out. I found on the internet a VETERAN owned company and called them. Within an hour Gerald was here assessed my situation at the thermostat, outside unit, as well as the inside unit and found a error on my part. He simply connected the wires that control the outside unit, closed everything up and checked my freon as well. Gerald knew was he was doing, was sure of his work and made me feel easy. I tell ya, usually you get a service provider that isnt sure of themselves and that just makes you feel uneasy. So. Gerald thank you you for a good experience!
