Fantastic #WOD tonight. 3 rounds of 10 C&J 135lbs, 10 thrusters 135lbs, 10 toes to bar. Took me way to long at 18:20. Too much lifting = no gas tank 

Nothing beats hitting PRs on cleans and back squat and following it up with a body blaster/rowing WOD
