ESPA​ are using DefinitiveDx to improve the anaesthetic care of sick children around the world.

The panel consists of anaesthetists who want to offer their expertise to other doctors to help improve the anaesthetic care of sick children. We have invited all ESPA members to join the ESPA panel on DefinitiveDx  where they are have already started sharing and discussing complex patient cases.

Can you help with this case?
Thirty-year-old woman whose periods stopped four months ago. Patient had 2 children 13 years ago but unable to conceive since. No symptoms of menopause but routine bloods showed levels of LH and FSH into the 100's, normal testosterone, normal ostradiol and nil clinically to suggest PCOS. Referred to fertility clinic but they have not mentioned menopause or POF.
