Many people do in successful KS campaigns.  I am guilty of it myself.  At one point I talked myself out of the leather copies but, when the opportunity arose (and a friend was looking for a regular set of books but none of the extras and was willing to ship in with shipping), it was $240 package, HERE I COME!  ;)
