Delta Airlines Introduces Fee for Checked Baggage

Delta Airlines’ Economy Class customers flying to Europe and North Africa will now need to pay for their checked baggage as the airline came up with a new checked bag policy on December 6. According to the policy, the airline’s basic Economy Class passengers traveling to Europe and North Africa from April 10, 2018 have need to pay $60 for their first checked bag and $100 for the second checked bag.

Offbeat: There is a Bridge to Nowhere in USA’s California

California’s San Gabriel Mountains are home to a unique bridge that leads nowhere. Also called the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’, the truss arch bridge was built in 1936 to connect the San Gabriel Valley with Wrightwood in California. Spanning the East Fork of the San Gabriel River, the fully-built bridge was abandoned when the connecting East Fork Road was completely destroyed during a massive flood in 1938 and has remained like that ever since.
