If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.

That's quite an experiment.
First kiss.
Filmmaker Tatia Pilieva asked ten pairs of strangers to kiss each other — right after they met for the first time. The resulting video will make you smile.

Pomegranate & Sage Ice Cream Made http://buff.ly/1kGRqT3

I know sage and vanilla sounds more like a scented candle from Blood, Bath & Beyond then, say, an ice cream flavor. But you aren’t reading a food blog called Cooking Stoned because you wanted a mint chip recipe, now are you? Thing is, sage plays very well with fats. Ever had it fried in browned butter over pasta? If not, stop what you’re doing and order some fucking pasta! You’re missing out.

Ways to keeps you Brain healthy.
People with higher “cognitive reserve” have a lower risk of developing Alzheimer’s, even with a family history of the disease, according to research from the Baltimore Longitudinal Study of Aging. How do you increase your cognitive reserve? Start with these research-backed steps:

1. Exercise regularly. Regular physical exercise can reduce risk of cognitive decline and even promote the growth of new brain cells.
2. Learn a new skill, like playing a musical instrument. Mental challenges can create new connections between brain cells.
3. Eat a healthy diet, like the Mediterranean diet, which could give your brain a more reliable flow of energy.
4. Have a sense of purpose in your life — you could be less likely to develop cognitive impairment of any kind.
5. Get a good night’s sleep. Sleep can help maintain cognitive skills like learning, planning, problem solving and concentration.
6. Meditate: this can strengthen connections between brain cells, help you process information more quickly, and maybe increase brain size.

Do you already take these steps to protect your brain health? Are some harder to stick to than others? Share this post with friends and let us know in the comments.

Mineral rights on mortgaged property are pretty much the same as surface rights when it comes to selling them: you need to get the lender to agree to it. Without a deed of release, the property owner cannot legally sell the surface or mineral rights.

That's sad. I bet he'll live longer in wild than on captivity.
