I feel like I might need to buy this coffee cup. Pretty amusing.

So true.
This is the reason why I don't enjoy interacting on Facebook, in order to have my posts pushed out to people who WANT to see my stuff, it seems like I need to post the most baseline things, like, say, me in a bikini. Or a kitten.

Dumbing down content to actually REACH my fans is ridiculous. If they're following me, they want to see my stuff. I don't have money to pay to reach all my fans for everything I post. And paying for views sucks in general, Facebook. So...yeah. Great video!

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that AT&T followed in Verizon's footsteps. I'll be glad to be giving my money to a carrier that still believes in unlimited data and no contracts. T-Mobile FTW!

Introducing Google Keyboard – smart and easy typing on Android

Starting today, you can get the smart-and-easy Nexus typing experience on your Android phone or tablet, by downloading Google Keyboard on Google Play:

Google Keyboard has Gesture Typing (which lets you glide through letters to form a word, just lift your finger to enter a space), automatic error correction, and word predictions. You can also tap the microphone to compose messages with Voice Typing when you’re on-the-go. Together with dictionaries for 26 languages (plus keyboard layouts for a dozen more), it provides a fast, accurate, and reliable typing experience.

Android is an open platform, so you can customize your device to your liking; choosing your own keyboard is just one example of what’s possible – and there are a lot of great keyboards to choose from on Google Play. (Some of our other favorites are SwiftKey and TouchPal – check them out here:

Google Keyboard is rolling out to Google Play today, for devices running Android 4.0 and above (initially in English-speaking locales but we’ll be adding more countries soon):

Anybody else who may have been experiencing slowness on their galaxy nexus since the 4.2.2 update needs to read this. Completely fixed my issues. My phone almost feels new again. It does require root to fix, which is unfortunate, but the fix itself isn't too hard.

Anybody who doesn't already have portal 2, I'd highly recommend it. Great game.

Portal 2 is on sale this weekend! 75% off regular price through Steam! If you don't have it, go get it! Seriously! O.O

The game itself is less than $5 right now! 2-pack is less than $9 (copy for yourself and a friend!). For less than $7, you can get Portal and Portal 2!

And if you know me, you already have a potential co-op partner! :D

(Though I'm still waiting for +Katri Koivuranta, +Katie Tidwell, +Bryce Perry, and +Jason Pitre to play with me either again or still... >.> )

This really pisses me off. Apparently Verizon has decided to get rid of their early upgrade program. Now you get to wait the full 24 months before they'll let you upgrade at the discounted rate, rather than getting to upgrade at 20 months. I think this may finally be what pushes me to switch back to T-Mobile. With their new device payment program, the fact that they now carry the iPhone (which will make Anna happy), and their complete lack of contracts, it is looking better every day. Plus then I can get the cheap(ish), off-contract nexus phones directly from Google!
