Grace is a word we throw around loosely, it can often feel like it has little depth because it is used so often. But Grace is anything but common. God's grace flows from a depth we can't define, and the more we use it the more extraordinary it becomes.

Friends, the reality is... we are not called to be first or best or better than anyone. We are called to love unconditionally, to serve till we are empty, to encourage and uplift and to build up so that others can see Christ in us, not a perfected image of a white-washed tomb.
We are all called to be encouragers.
We are all meant to pour out grace lavishly from the blessings of love He has poured over us.
We are all meant to be equippers and prayers and leaders of mercy.
Because we are all running a race. And we all want to make it to that final destination to hear the same affirmation, "Well done faithful servant."
And in order to finish well, sometimes we need to help someone else cross the finish line first.
I'd love it if you joined me at the #GraceMoments Link Up today... to read her story and to see why it moved me so deep.

How are you greeting the people in your space? Is there a salutation of grace with the purpose of peace?

Paul opens nearly all His letters with the same greeting... grace and heart peace to you.

Contemplating counting grace as a greeting today.

God etches grace in a map on our soul to lead us wherever we go, friends. We only have to look at the indicators He has given us to locate the direction we must travel.

Grace, Love, Truth, and Hope all point us to look surely in His direction. And my prayer for us all today, is that our wandering hearts would be bound to His and we would be lost completely in Him as we continue our journey.

When seeking God results in finding grace, we are always on the winning side of the equation! And sometimes we just need to find the wonder of His goodness in the mundane moments of our days.

Sometimes we need to see the storm for what it really is... a resetting of perspective. Because through it all we have been consistently covered by grace. He who can sleep in the storm, and then quiet it with a word, is always keeping you close in heart. And though the storm may be violent, though it may shake us to our core... the sun always comes on the eclipse of the passing clouds and we see things in a hue only heaven can orchestrate.

What if the truest colors are the ones that come after the storm washes over us?

Sometimes the most important activity we can do for our souls is to silently, expectantly, and faithfully wait for God in the stillness and let His love fill us up.

Sometimes we need the monotony of the mundane every day moments to release our minds and let our souls wander close to God. The place where 'if God can' becomes' when God will' and our soul is left full by the sufficiency of grace.
