We've photographed several weddings at Harewood House and we can highly recommend it both for a day out and also if you're thinking of getting married here. The grounds and location are superb. The food is also good and the staff always friendly. 5 stars from us!

Harewood House had always been on our list of places to visit. We were pushed for time so did not get to visit any of the animals, but we got a good view of what was on offer. A fabulous house and cosy coffee shop where we enjoyed a coffee after a long walk around the house and gardens. So much to see. Lots of activities for the kids and a great place to enjoy a Sunday picnic. Highly recommended for adults, children as well as students. - The EducateFirst Team.

First of all this is a great place there is no problem there! The bird garden has lots of different (types) of birds. But nearly everything I saw were pheasants! Just loads of pheasants with different names! So if you are going be prepared for that! Also the price is terrible! For 2 kids and 2 adults its 30 odd quid! And thats excluding visiting the house! There is also a massive adventure playground! It is brilliant! Harewood is a wonderful place but I suggest you dont go if your trying to save up for something special! It will take you some really hard work to earn that money again! (Thats a pic I took at Harwood house! !)

Great day out for a family but extremely over priced. If you are or are planning to be regular visiters then I suggest membership. Moreover, there are excellent events that are held there throughout the year for car enthusiasts or just family events!
