I have been working so hard on a subject that is so near and dear to my heart!

It is how I approach every athlete- START TO FINISH. It is about the team I love to work within to help the athlete return to sport. It is about putting ego aside and working in the best interest of the athlete. It is about a systematic way to approach the infinite continuum we call

BRIDGING THE GAP FROM REHAB TO PERFORMANCE

We are getting close. I can't wait to share this with all of you. #BTG

Such an awesome pinot noir from a little known region called Central Otago in New Zealand. Enjoyed this one at a great wine bar called The Winery in Queenstown, New Zealand. Great location, great wine! #WineDownWednesday

Tough to see in the pic, but the difference in the arch height on the right foot compared to the left foot after #dryneedling the right foot intrinsics and plantar fascia was astounding. Immediate resolution of plantar fascia pain. Excited to see how this continues to progress. #TuesdayTreatment Structure & Function for info on how to learn this awesome technique!

Climb it, go through it, go over it, work around it. Bottom line... Figure it out. #MotivationalMonday
