The first panel is really funny. And the look on batman's face in panel 2 is great. It kind of looks like a kid playing batman and now he's done.

i like the leisurely pace of batman going up the fire escape. Wonderful portrayals of the the windows on the various floors.

yeah - looks like you had fun with the gargoyle. Like the inset idea of batman removing his cowl. That would be a good way to solve the complex action of him getting settled on the gargoyle and taking the cowl off all in the same larger panel 2.

I like your use of values and the minimal color. Maybe use a bit more color in last two panels for consistency.

I like the gutters on the 3rd version most. It makes it feel more cohesive. The first version would if there weren't lines drawn on the outmost edges of the gutters.
