The overall experience has been great. Wonderful staff, great breakfast, and the room was topnotch. The guys at the valet parking were friendly and very helpful. Considering how busy things were for the women's finals the staff and the hotel deserve kudos for making our experience great.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. The staff was friendly from arrival through departure. Condition of the hotel was great as well. The bar staff were friendly at night, and the breakfast staff went above and beyond. The building itself is interesting, and has a lot of history and character. The rooms are well appointed like other Garden Inns I have stayed at.

Had a great trip, the Hilton garden inn was affordable and luxurious. We had a fantastic stay, the hotel was clean, the staff was curteous and respectful. The hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Only thing worse than the Food was the Help. We arrived early, at 1:30PM, and were informed our room wasn't ready. We were shown to the Business Center and informed that they would get the room ready and come get us. Well 2.5 hours later our room was ready ??? Since it was raining, we decided to eat in the Hotel. Big Mistake ! It was around 6:30 and other than a few people at the bar, the place was baron. After standing by the entrance for what seemed 5 minutes, I walked around the bar to find the waitress and bar tender. We were told to pick any table. The waitress brought us menus and took a drink order (Two waters and a Coffee). She returned with the waters and we gave her an order. We ordered soup, a Hamburger and a Quesadilla. When the waitress came out with soup, I requested some bread and butter. Well 20 to 30 minutes later I got up and went to the lobby and got my own coffee. Haven't seen the waitress since she brought the soup. She finally returns with bread and an excuse that she had to do room service deliveries... Really ??? She then brings out a burnt hamburger and a greasy Quesadilla. I told her at that point that I no longer needed my coffee for I got it myself. She returned to see 90% of the Quesadilla was still on the plate, and she asked if I was done and bused the table. No questions asked, and only $30.00. I am a rewards member and have spend over 100 nights in Hilton Garden Inns around the Country and this rates as the worse service I have ever experienced. On a bright note, I requested a queen suite. The room was ideal. Two queen comfortable beds, sitting area, and very clean. Will return to Hilton Garden Inn, just not the one in Downtown Indianapolis.

I did explain about our check-in time which can't be helped, but the other issue could be. The room is very clean and modern looking has all the amenities for that I need. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast is much better than other hotels are you have to pay extra for bacon eggs etc. Enjoyed my stay very much will be staying at the Garden Inn whenever I have a meeting or conference out of town to attend to

Fantastic hotel with a great location and amazing staff! Arrived at the hotel and were assigned to our room and turns out that someone else was staying in that room. No problems at all, staff was very apologetic and put us up in a suite! Would highly recommend staying here! Planning to do so again! The only gripes that I had were that the bed's softness left much to be desired, the sheets were a little scratchy, and the breakfast buffet was so so.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis downtown. The room was nice and the staff was very accommodating. I would highly pissed off when I came out to get my vehicle after leaving it in valet over the night that it was vandalized and gang signs work it into the side of my door and damage was done to my window as they tried to break in and steal a vehicle. Whoever the valet manager is should not be allowed to talk to the public when situations come up like this because his personality and sarcasm about not being held responsible for the damage of the vehicle was unreal. This hotel does not have cameras to watch over any of the vehicles or have any type of security at night to watch your vehicles also come to find out. I would recommend you put your vehicle at another hotel somewhere else if you don't want any damages always make sure that they have security cameras and they are in a secure location before booking a room.

Mr. Wright, I am sorry about your issue with our valet service. We have no option to contract that service out because we do not own our own parking, but they do represent us, and I will be looking into ways to make enhance this areas guests experience.
