Bad food and bad service! We are a huge fan of this place usually but this last time the food was completely sub par, server messed or order up 3 times, and finally took the food to go because of all the mistakes

BJ's is synonymous with Pizookie. But BJ's is so much more than Pizookie's too. This particular restaurant has never failed to impress. Well.. except for one time when the wait was very close to a full hour. But I have a hard time faulting them for that. They've got a popular restaurant.. what can you expect?

My wife and I decided to give BJ's a try when we were looking for a close place that served gluten-free pizza and boy were we glad we did. We both ordered 1 drink...I had the Pumpkin Ale beer which was delicious and my wife got some kind of Martini that wasn't that strong, but tasted good. She had the gluten-free pizza and I had the New York strip steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and I ordered the white cheddar mashed potatoes with were those tasty! My wife loved the pizza too! Great place, good prices, good atmoshpere, friendly staff ='s we will be back.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this location. The waitress was very friendly and prompt, however, there was a long hair cooked into our avocado egg roll. We tried to pull it out to see if it was ours by chance, but it was definitely IN the roll and not coming out easily. We notified the waitress, she took the plate away, and a manager stopped by to apologize within about a minute. They (of course) took that plate off the bill, and offered to make us another. We were understanding and declined the additional plate since we really didn't need more food. Not a huge deal, it happens. When the main dishes arrived, my husband took the top bun off of his cheeseburger to look at the toppings, and he literally found the entire finger off a rubber glove. Not even joking, I have never experienced that before, I still can't believe it. What're the chances that would happen to 2 plates at our table!! It took us a confused minute to figure out what it was, and once we did, we were done. We called the manager over, she of course apologized and offered a gift card, but you could tell she knew it was a lost cause. We didn't accept the gift card because we're never going back, and we left the restaurant. Such a bummer experience, the waitress was great and we love the food there (normally), but I'm shocked at how that could happen to a customer twice in a visit. I always read these sort of reviews and don't really believe them, or think the people are just complainers, but honestly, we're very reasonable people and my husband treated them so nicely after what happened. I was way angrier (and kept my mouth shut) and just decided to leave a review to hopefully help anyone else deciding to eat here. Don't do it!

I was alone. Many times I have been forgotten at places when I am alone, so that was a concern. No need to worry. I had a very good server (Curtis). He was attentive and timely. The food was great! Chicken teriyaki was awesome. Fresh and presented beautifully.

I have been to this BJ's before and this has never happened, but last night I ate their Mahi Mahi Tacos and they definitely made me sick to my stomach. That was the last meal I ate before getting sick, and it was the only plate I did not share with my boyfriend who did not get sick. Just as a warning if you decide to eat there - maybe don't choose the Mahi Mahi Tacos.
