I'm 48 yrs old and Josh and the gang at The Bootcamp Effect have whipped me back into shape! In the last month I've lost more than 10lbs and 2% bodyfat. The workouts are as hard as you need them to be and they change regularly so they don't get stale. The instructors are always right there to make sure you're working out correctly and providing the motivation you need to get through a tough workout and make that personal best. All the benefit of a personal trainer and the fun of the group dynamic. Very highly recommended!

Thanks to Josh and all the staff at the Bootcamp Effect I've lost 34 lbs. in three months. This boot camp is like having a personal trainer but in a group setting. Josh, Krystine and Kurt are always there to motivate you and correct your form if need be. The workouts are challenging but fun as well. I tried working out on my own at home but just couldn't push myself hard enough to get the results I wanted. Now I'm healthier and in better shape than ever before in my life. I highly recommend the Bootcamp Effect to anyone looking to lose weight or get in shape.

I had been working out at home for over a year doing DVD’s, elliptical and biking but had found I had reached a plateau. A friend of mine had been going to the Bootcamp Effect for over a year and looked fantastic. After she repeatedly told me that I wouldn’t be yelled at or embarrassed in front the class (“it is not that kind of boot camp”, she said) I thought I would give it a try. When I attended my first class, I was so nervous and 5 minutes into it realized I was going to love it. The trainers, Josh, Kurt and Krystine are energetic and fun! They make sure everyone is exercising correctly and will modify the exercises if you are unable to do something due to an injury. I have done things I never thought I would do (100 burpees in a row, chin ups, the list goes on). In 3 months I have lost 8.25 inches. Every day is something different and I will do whatever I can to not miss my workouts. I thought I would feel intimidated by the members, but instead I have new friends of all different ages and fitness levels who are friendly, supportive and encouraging. I recommend the Bootcamp Effect to anyone and everyone who wants to get in shape and have fun.

After struggling with my weight through my teenage years, I finally decided it was time for a change. I tried working out at the gym, which was a complete fail. I didn't see any changes in my body over 3 months. I came home and goggled bootcamp and found "The bootcamp effect". After the first few classes, I loved the work outs. Every day we did something different. After the first month, bootcamp was a part of my daily routine. The trainers have so much energy and truly care about your personal goals. I joined bootcamp last summer and have lost over 25 pounds since last march. I haven’t gained a pound back from the weight I lost. Not only am I a lot healthier, I actually enjoy working out! The bootcamp effect is a good place for anyone looking to have a killer workout and see changes!

The Bootcamp Effect is honestly the best workout I've ever had!!! The trainers are amazing and everybody is really friendly. All of the trainers are very specific to each persons needs, you really get that one on one personal trainer, and they are great at modifying the routines to work around any injuries or difficulties. Before I started Bootcamp I had been working out on my own for a year, and had only lost 15lbs, I was plateauing and it was getting more and more difficult to motivate myself. Thats when I met Josh, he was so energetic and so excited about what he does that he just made me WANT to try it. And once I tried Bootcamp I was hooked!!! It is such an amazing feeling completing each workout and getting a great sweaty workout EVERY time. I've been going to The Bootcamp Effect for just over 2 months now and I have lost 8lbs, and about 4inches. I feel fantastic and so energetic and motivated. I have strength in places I didn't know I had muscle. And never in my life did I think I could do a chin up!! You can try any other workout routine but you won't find the one on one training and fun atmosphere that you do at The Bootcamp Effect. No matter what your current fitness level is, Bootcamp is right for you!!! Come try it out!!!
