Meet Matt Gohn! Matt recently joined our staff as Communications and Marketing Manager and answered a couple of questions so we could all get to know him a bit better:

Yoga Heights: What do you love about YH?
Matt Gohn: I like that a guy like me who has never been able to touch his toes ever can come to class and not feel 20 pairs of eyes silently judging me, so I can kick back and slowly get closer to reuniting with my long lost toes again....

YH: What is one of your favorite self-care rituals?
MG: My favorite self-care is to turn off Twitter, open a Natty Boh, go outside and challenge my friends to a few games of cornhole.

Matt you crack us up, create beautiful things, and we feel lucky to have you in the YH yoga fam :)

(Also, shout out to his lovely girl friend and our resident photo/videographer pictured below with him in Costa Rica!)

Meet Juliana Cole! Juliana recently joined our staff as Studio Manager and answered a couple of questions so we could all get to know this lovely little lady a bit better:

Yoga Heights: What do you love about YH?
Juliana Cole: I love our community! It is a really joyful thing to be able to come to "work" everyday and interact with happy people. We have a strong community of members who support the studio and each other, and that shows in how everyone shows up on a daily basis and in how quickly new students make YH their home. Simply put, we practice yoga! I also love that we carry such great snacks and kombucha, and our YH apparel is on point!

YH: What is one of your favorite self-care rituals?
JC: Yoga Nidra is one of the best things since sliced sourdough bread, and so is hiking along the C&O canal!

Say hi to Juliana the next time you see her around and help us welcome her into this integral position! We <3 you!
