Love it! A lot of bosses find it very hard to praise... Leads. To extremely low employee satisfaction that's for sure
 
For many employees, gratitude may have to start with them, even if it's just a, "Thanks for being a slave driver!" LOL.. Hey, got to start somewhere. 8)
 
Gratitude should be an integral part of the workplace. It helps to boost morale. Or at the very least keeps it from sinking any lower than it may be.
