Congratulations to Angliss patisserie graduate Zahara Valibohy who's won the annual John Patrick Conway Award! The competition requires the graduates to write and essay, perform a practical demonstration and make a presentation. Fellow graduates Carina Ladelfa, Eliza Moore, Rachael Honeycoombe and Emily Pertrelli also competed, and the quality of entries was very high. Well done to all competitors, and to the winner Zahara :)
