The trees are up! The Inn is finally trimmed and ready for #Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations...wish we could 'share' the lovely scents filling each lobby and The Pointe Restaurant.

The "Sandy Beach Dog" is a subspecies of Canis Lupus Familiaris - otherwise known as the domestic dog. Seen in a variety of sizes and colours, the "Sandy Beach Dog" is commonly known to have a happy-go-lucky attitude, stamina for running on sand, and a penchant for digging holes. Found in most coastal regions in North America, but particularly fond of #Tofino and Chesterman Beach!

Put this place on your bucket list if your love nature, great hospitality and fabulous food! The rooms are STUNNING! Chesterman beach is beautiful rain or shine but no need to fret as regardless of the weather the Wickaninnish has thought of everything you'll need. The soaker tubs with ocean views will make it difficult to leave #heavenonearth

Best food in Tofino by far! Don't expect a cheap night though! This is one for a special occasion..... Try the 'Feather George' drink. A special drink named after my good friend George (the carver in the shed). Cedar infused Whiskey! Very good!

this property is truly a special place. the views from almost any part of the establishment are some of the best in the world. i have never experienced service that is better anywhere. the "on-the-rocks" lounge has an awesome list of alcoholic beverages and the crab cookout on the beach is not to be missed, especially since it is all you can eat.

Everything about this hotel is great. The staff, the food, the facilities. It's all really great. I can't say enough about this place. It's fantastic! If I had to nitpick about something it's that the treadmills in the gym were not working properly. Another minor thing is that if you fly in, you have to pay for the shuttle to pick you up. It should be included IMHO. We will be back for sure.

Apparently you can't book a table in the restaurant with a sea view. However on arrival I was told I couldn't have a certain table as I'd only made reservations a few days before and the other table had been booked for months. So much for no sea view reservations. Pretty disappointed before you sit down. Food is good, expect to pay about $250 for 2 people not cheap but about normal for this type of food

this place is not all it's cracked upt to be. the staff is unbelievably rude. getting a decent table in the restaurant is impossible, even for long-term guests. if you want to exchange us dollars for canadian, they'll tack on a 40% service charge. while the rooms are beautiful and the area is peaceful, it's better to stay somewhere else.
