This exercise will really brighten your mood. Everyone who has done it becomes quite talkative and upbeat. Try it! I have been combatting and treating clinically diagnosed depression for decades with exercise.. and winning. I'm so sorry if you are depressed. Join me in using exercise as therapy. Exercise is proven to work better than medication and although I am a proponent of medication too, I can go off my meds as long as I exercise. This exercise is my fave and it's important in preventing future low back injury. After all, you don't need to be dealing with injury on top of all your other struggles right?Keeping a strong core by exercising your back can prevent back pain in the future.
