Hi Leah, I am still not confident in my form, I need more practice I'm very rusty. These videos are helping me get my form back. I am working on keeping my guard up and staying balanced. Also really working on my cardio endurance. This cross floor really got difficult at the end for me. love, la

WholyFit's main fitness system is Gentle Body POWER (often just called "WholyFit"), a stretching system that is offered as a Christian Alternative to yoga. Laura Monica, WholyFit founder, also holds Black Belt in Karate. This training is for the Tred dance team, headed up by Leah and Nate Nelson. Laura plans on visiting Tred to teach martial arts. This series of videos are assigned to the Tred team.
