Aliens, spies, and cast of other comical characters are scattered throughout downtown Palo Alto in a series of murals done by artist, Greg Brown. Many were originally part of the "Palo Alto Pedestrian Series" done back in the late seventies. Today they are sometimes referred to as the Alien Trompe-l'Oeil Murals.
