Last week, during his Budget 2015 speech, George Osborne, announced that the annual tax return will be phased out in the next 5 years and that small businesses will be able to link their accounting software with their personalise tax account and pay as they go.

However, small businesses might still have a few, time consuming, paper-heavy tax returns to do before the new system is implemented.

Very important. I think a business name should reflect the products or services you provide but also, particularly with small businesses or those that are self employed perhaps, it should represent you as a person and as a business owner. After all, you ARE your business.
