I'm never going to look at St Catherine's Island, or should I say 'Sheringford', just off Tenby in the same way again. #Sherlock.

Day twelve of our 12 Days of Christmas to help you make the most of the holidays - Brrr!
Start the year with a challenge - A New Years Day swim! You have a couple of choices: Saundersfoot or St Davids. Saundersfoot NYD swim is now in its 33rd year and firm fixture on the new year calendar but be there before 12:30 to see all the action. St Davids penknife club have again organised the St Davids swim in aid of local charities. That should clear the head! For more ideas....http://bit.ly/PembsChristmas16

Day six of our 12 Days of Christmas to help you make the most of the holidays - Really?
There's only one thing to do on Boxing Day, head to North beach in Tenby to witness one of the most bonkers things of the year. Hundreds of crazy bathers, many in fancy dress, this year's theme is Music of the Sea, charge down the beach for the annual Boxing day swim raising lots of money for charity. As I said earlier - really? For more ideas.... http://bit.ly/PembsChristmas16

Day nine of our 12 Days of Christmas to help you make the most of the holidays – fresh air.
Even on the wildest, windiest, wettest days of a #Pembrokeshire winter you have places to explore: Newport, Angle, St Davids, Rosebush or Tenby. And with our fireside walks there’s the sheer joy of knowing that at the end of the day you will retreat inside, your face glowing, to good food, warm drinks and fireside conversations that nurture your soul. Do you have more suggestions for great walks that end with a roaring fire? http://bit.ly/PembsChristmas16

Day five of our 12 Days of Christmas - family time.
Locals usually mark Christmas morning with a walk. A brisk walk up Carn Ingli is a firm favourite with the Newport crowd, while down in St Davids it’s a walk along Whitesands or Newgale beach. In Pembroke, Broad Haven South is the Christmas walk of choice, while Tenby offers a long stroll along South beach to work up an appetite. Wherever you are in the county, have a wonderful day! Where is your favourite walk? http://bit.ly/PembsChristmas16
