Although Kansas City’s signature dish is barbecue, its eateries run the gamut from sustainable farm-to-table to seafood, Greek, Vietnamese, vegan/vegetarian, Caribbean, Lebanese, and a great deal more.
These five cities offer a dash of spice, aroma, flavor and creativity for foodie groups looking for amazing gastronomic adventures.

#KansasCity deliciousness served up via food trucks.
Little Piggy, a food truck hub launched by chef Mike Foust in Kansas City, Missouri, is more than just a place for trucks to park.

If you're visiting kansas city for the first time, visit the Plaza for a nice evening and then head to either the power and light district or west port for where the party's are at. During the day you can do a lot in the area from shopping at the crown Plaza or seeing science city with the kids. You should definitely come during a game at the sprint center, with many food establishments in the area you'd never have to eat at the same place twice.
