Hello, we’re Virgin Unite, the non-profit foundation of the Virgin Group.
Introduction

We unite great people and entrepreneurial ideas, reinventing how we live and work to help make people’s lives better. We believe business can and must be a force for good in the world – and that this is also good for business!

How do we do it? First up, we incubate new approaches to leadership such as The EldersCarbon War Room and The B Team and lead the debate, amplifying Richard’s voice on issues that are important to the world. Secondly, we support entrepreneurs around the world as they launch and grow businesses, creating jobs and opportunities. And finally, we work across the Virgin Group and beyond, helping businesses to innovate and prioritise people and the planet alongside profits.

We couldn’t do all of this without the passionate community that support Richard and everything we do – from the fantastic Virgin staff to our millions of friends around the world who are truly screwing business as usual.

Our overheads are covered by Richard and the Virgin Group, meaning that 100% of the donations we receive go direct to the frontline where they are needed most.
