I wanted to add to this as well, currently virgin overbilled me 50 dollars on charges that never happened, telling me that I went over my minutes... This is impossible as I do have an app running monitoring my calls and and logging my time and data, the app indicated I had 140 minutes left out of my 500 minutes..., I feel defrauded by virgin mobile and I refuse to pay the extra charges...
Also my picture txt messaging seems to malfunction..., I can always send pic msgs but frequently can not receive them until I call virgin mobile and they reset their LTE end then I am able to receive the pic texts again...
Today I have tried 3 times to reach technical support , the first call goes through and a person transfers my call to technical support after waiting 15 minutes the call drops lol, ok,
well lets try again , called again talked to some customer support person again he transfers my call to technical support, after 15 minutes of waiting I get someone finally , so she asked me for my cell number after I give her my number she tells me that number does not show up in their system , I said what lol then she tels me shes from bell mobility LOL LOL , seriously ??? seriously???
What a serivce lol again sorry I am on my third call waiting again, I pray to Jesus that I will get e tech support by this time lol...
Honestly VIrgin Mobile Canada has gone down the tube.... I'm looking for a new mobile service provider.. Good bye Virgin !

A defnite problem: I am 83, disabled and was told on purchase that I would have no problem using my smart phone as a telephone. So far, I have not been able to, do that after nearly 3 months after purchase. This in spite of help from several quarters. It is NOT an old-fashioned telephone. Perhaps in the future, É 3 or 6 months, I willl be able to use it.

Meanwhile, I do not wish to pay for something that I am unjable to use.
