The Customer Care Center,
• Side Indicator Buzzer : The buzzer was not working in last service 17th Oct 2013, within two days it stopped. Again on 26th Nov 2013 the person replaced the part, but within few hours it stopped again on 26th Nov itself.
• Fuel Gauge : in last service on 17th Oct it was not working, so they said it will be changed in next service. On 26th Nov inspite of pre-informing on phone on 25th Nov they did not get the gauge and now the manager says we have to take this to Baroda!!
• Service Facility : After long time the service facility has been started in Anand, but the attitude is not right. He says he is the manager, and actually he was not. Such behaviour and approach to the customer is not tolerable, and Vespa should take care in selecting and deputing people.
