I purchased my phone in March 2016.
If I.have known that Verizon could not replace my phone due to I have moto care I would of thought twice about purchasing this phone.
My phone will not hold charge. I went to the nearest VZW in Woodbridge NJ and was told that I will need a replacement but Verizon could not due having Moto Care. I would have to call Motorola and they will have to replace my phone. the
I contacted Motorola this date and since I have insurance I have two options
I can send it in and have it repaired which will take 4-5 days to repair and they will give me a label to return it.
To get a replacement I would have to give a Security.deposit of $200 which I would get back after returning and my phone is received.
I chose Option 1. Now I am going to be out of a phone for about 2 weeks which is going to be really inconvence for me. Maybe I should of of gotten the S7.
I do not understand why I cannot get a replacement phone from Verizon as it is much faster and more convenient. I purchased it from Verizon.
Please advise if you can anyway replace this phone instead of me having to send it in for repair which will take some time.
