Don't buy from here! I will never buy from this store again. Bought a leather sofa and love-seat. Took a day off of work on a Thursday to accept the furniture delivery. When it arrived, there was a huge tear in the love seat. The earliest they said they could re-deliver a new one was Tuesday of the following week. For my "inconvenience" they gave us $50 (barely 2% of the cost). Never once did the customer service girl say "I'm sorry this happened." I am juggling a busy schedule, so I said I could take off a 1/2 day on Tuesday, but was only available to accept the delivery in the morning because I had a class I was teaching in the afternoon. They made a note of it for the Tuesday delivery. On Monday, they called and said they would deliver the love seat on Tuesday between 12p-3p. When I called them they simply said "sorry, we already have a schedule set." SO, I unfortunately do not have other days available in the week to wait and see what day/time they will deliver. My husband works over an hour away and he cannot take days off at random. Apparently, you have to take a week vacation to have a couch delivered because when it is planned to come, it will be ruined and the make up day is at their convenience, caring less about the satisfaction of their customer. It is worth it go to Levin's, pay a few extra $$, and receive a good product and good customer service.
