We used Urban Airship for one year, and we are really unsatisfied. The customer service did not answer to our requests properly, they answered, but there was no content in or no explication regarding our problems. Several Email communication followed, but not successfull. Our dashboard has shown a wrong number of push-recipients and nobody could explain us why and how many push recipients we do have in total. Additionally the price structure is quite strange, we have a contract regarding several price segments, and if your are once in another price range you can not go back. Our initial contract was regarding regular pushs and not regarding in app pushs, but anyway we need to pay the in app pushes anyway. So I would not recommend working with them.
