The French administered Crozet Islands - a sub-Antarctic archipelago in the southern Indian ocean - is one of the last remaining untouched places on earth. A CTBTO (Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organisation) team is preparing the installation of its last hydroacoustic station there to detect nuclear explosions. The site's remoteness, harsh and variable weather conditions and rough underwater terrain make this their most complex hydroacoustic project to date.

A new report, Fighting Human Trafficking in Conflict: 10 Ideas for Action, reviews the tools available to the UN Security Council and member states and suggests 10 Ideas for Action, providing concrete steps for the UN Security Council and its partners to take to sever the link between conflict and slavery.
