2013 Seminar on University Management Held at UG

The 2013 Seminar on University Management has been held at the Great Hall of the University of Ghana. The theme for this year's seminar was "Becoming a World Class University: The Role of the Registrary". About 160 Senior Administrative and Professional Staff as well as representatives from TEWU and FUSSAG participated in the two day seminar.

Interview Schedule for LL.B Post-First Degree Candidates (2013 Admission)

The underlisted applicants who wrote the Post First Degree LL.B entrance examinations on 2nd May, 2013 are invited to the selection interview beginning Monday 22nd July, 2013.

Morning sessions begin at 8:00am and Afternoon sessions begin at 1:00pm.

Venue is the conference room of the Faculty of Law.

Professor Adiku wins Humboldt Award

Samuel G.K. Adiku, Professor of Soil Science and Director, Academic Quality Assurance Unit of the University of Ghana, Legon, was among the three African Scholars honoured at the recent Annual Meeting of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, held in Berlin Germany.

UG Business School Hosts Town Hall Meeting

His Excellency Dr. Horst Kohler, former President of the Federal Republic of Germany has noted that change and transformation is as important for Europe as it is for Africa.

He was speaking as a Panel discussant at a Town Hall meeting, hosted by the University of Ghana Business School as part of the UGBS’s activities dedicated to the University’s 65th Anniversary. The forum was organised by DEG in collaboration with Chance Africa Europe.
