This year marks the 16th anniversary of the devastating terrorist attacks upon our nation. This granite bench near Murkland Hall is dedicated to geography professor Robert LeBlanc, who died on September 11, 2001. UNH also lost three UNH Alumni that day: Jennifer Fialko '94, Judd Cavalier '98, and Timothy Stout '83. #NeverForget

The University of New Hampshire believes strongly that the protections young people received under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive order should continue, and as a member of the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities we add our voice to those calling for congressional leaders to find a solution. We know the New Hampshire congressional delegation is supportive and we encourage them to continue their work to extend legal protections for the young people who applied for and received deferred status under DACA.

Neither federal nor state law requires the university to track DACA students, and we don’t. We do, however, believe strongly that every student deserves to feel safe on our campus and we will continue to work hard to ensure that happens.

It's the senior splash! With temperatures in the mid 90s, it's a great day to be a cool Wildcat. #UNH17 enjoyed a seniors only swim today from 11-1 that included lawn games and an opportunity to join the #UNH senior class gift. Graduation is only two days away. Congratulations, Wildcats! 🎓
