As an Italian or an American (or both) we probably think we all know pizza well, but this is the most unique crust we've ever had. So wonderful, and worthy of it being the only item on the menu. I love people that specialize in one thing, and the specialization here has truly paid off. Bravo!

This truly is as good as it gets. Very few tables and even less menu options. This place focuses on one thing, and they're nailing it. The ingredients are fantastic, and you can really taste what each of them contributes to the pizza, but the best part is, hands down, the crust. It is perfection.

The pizza earns about 3.5 stars, but the selection is so limited that the place gets 2.5 stars. The pizza is lackluster and uninspired. If you've had "artisan pizzas" at any reasonably good italian restaurant, then you've had pizza this good before. The only thing unique about this is the raw spinach on top. If you think raw spinach on a pizza is worth a special trip, this is your place. Otherwise, don't bother. The menu is basically 5 pizzas (a 6th is added one day a week). But don't be fooled! The five pizzas are almost identical. There is plain pizza, plain pizza with a different type of tomato, pizza with no tomatoes, pizza with no sauce, and pizza with smoked cheese. If you want toppings on your pizza go elsewhere. (The wine list is bad. I tried two different wines, both went poorly with pizzas. When your whole menu is 5 different types of similar pizza, having wines that don't pair well with those pizzas is a sin.)

I have been to Una Pizza many times and I always love it. This is pizza distilled to it's purest form. It continues to astound me that people leave 1-star reviews filled with whining about not being able to get red pepper flakes or bread - or pepperoni. This is not Pizza Hut! Do you roll into a Chinese restaurant and demand ketchup? Take what they offer and enjoy ... or not. But don't give a 1-star review because they don't have pepper or pepperoni.

There is a lot hype that surrounded this pizza spot, but I think it's lost it's mystique. There's no reservations so expect a wait. The inside is very bare and simple; an open kitchen with a pizza oven in the middle. The pizza? It's ok; Not bad but not worth going out of your way or waiting for.

In town from Canada...curious on the hype...OMG, hands down the best authentic pizza...what makes an awesome pizza = light texture from perfect leavened dough + baked in custom Italian wood oven + fresh ingredients. Open only 4 days per week & 4 hrs a day or until they run out of dough?! They must be doing something right...

Not a huge selection of pizza band a bit pricey but what they do they do extremely well. Some of the best neopolitan crust and flavors I have ever had. If you come Saturday there is a special pizza option you can't get the rest of the week.

Simple and elegant pizza with thin crust, sweet sauce, and savory cheese. The main drawback was the 45 minute wait for a table.
