Ok, starting to hold my breath. Ordered 127.30 that cleared my checking acct. on 5-16-16. It says 5 business days to delivery. It is now 5-27-16, no trees, no word, no emails, nada. Please don't disappoint me! I will gladly post again when I hear something. Just so you know I did call customer service although it was at 4:55pm. I elected the shipping dept. as I figured they could tell me the current status best. After 5 mins. on hold the call was disconnected precisely at 5pm. Closing time. Would you run a customer out of the shop if they were inside before closing hours? No, you would ask they make final selections and come to check out. I WOULD THINK.......

I've ordered from the guys at TyTy for a couple years now and have generally had good experiences. I use TyTy because they have a better fruit and berry selection than most other nurseries and their prices are almost always significantly better. Seriously, check out their blueberry sizes and prices! I once had a problem with a grumpy customer service guy but the next morning management called me up to apologize and resolve my original issue. Every business has little things that go wrong on occasion, the difference is that TyTy seems to genuinely care about doing the right thing for their customers. They have a good return policy but it is a bit of a hassle -- I guess it has to be to prevent fraudulent claims. Whether you're planting a commercial crop or just growing a personal supply of fresh fruits, these guys will take care of you. You can probably cover your costs on the 1st or 2nd yield for most of their fruits and berries.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing your plants from Ty Ty Nursery. We are working on fixing this PayPal issue that you have described as we speak, which just started today. We had figured out a work around, while the techs are working on the permanent fix. Which requires you to login as a user and when doing this you do not have to repopulate your cart after logging in the items will stay in your cart. I walked a customer through the process also today. I do greatly apologize for the inconvenience and understand technology is not perfect. We will have the issue fixed asap. Please call me, Ryan Phillips, directly at 229-518-3062 and let's discuss how we can make this up to you. ***just a quick update as of 2-23-16 the glitch described has been resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We have 25 fruit trees, and the 2 apricot trees from Ty Ty are the finest looking trees we've ever purchased. They were trimmed expertly as advertised and packaged to avoid damage. They're showing the first signs of leaves after being planted a few days. We'll be buying more fruit trees from Ty Ty in the future.

Ordered 2 palm trees and recieved only one. Apparently the other one was out of stock but no one contacted me to let me order a different one. When I followed up with customer service they were rude and lost the order. I wouldn't be writing this review if they would have just given me a credit to order another palm tree, but instead they said there was nothing they could do about it. On a posititive the one tree I did recieve does look nice.

Recently I ordered from ty ty for the first time. My order shipped in just a couple of days, and when I tracked it I was alarmed that it had been sent UPS ground and mailed on a Thursday. I thought, wait a minute, UPS ground is at least 3 days, and the 3rd day is Sunday, so the soonest I will get it is after work (and dark) on Monday. I fired off a not pleasant e-mail to them about the length of time involved and how my plants would be dried out sticks by the time I got them in the ground. You see, orders I have placed before from other nurseries arrived in a box in a plastic bag with shredded wet newspaper around the roots with instructions to plant immediately. They replied calmly and politely that they shipped the plants with the roots in silica gel and they would be ok up to 30 days. Sure enough, on arrival they had been carefully wrapped and absolutely hydrated and in no danger. Also these are some of the most impressive plants I've ever ordered. The ayers pear was at least 3/4 caliper and cost less than 14 dollars. (I don't know if all their trees are like this) The blackberries and raspberries had large well established roots, not the chopped off nubs I usually get. I will definitely turn to ty ty first the next time they have something I need.
