As a major sponsor of the Melbourne Renegades, I do hope your company will consider very carefully it's support for this club if Chris Gayle is resigned after his totally disrespectful comments to a Times of London journalist. Being an elite sports person does not give you permission to behave without consequences.

This sounds like something out of "The Simpsons": A phalanx of about 40 lawyers representing electricity networks across Australia are attempting to convince the Australian Competition Tribunal to overturn a decision which would have rewarded NSW households with a $100 to $300 a year saving on their power bills.
In a lofty courtroom high above Sydney's CBD, a David and Goliath battle is unfolding that will decide the size of your electricity bill.

Solar electricity's price tag has plummeted 70 percent, says a new report, as SolarCity rolls out a low-cost, super-efficient panel.

Bringing sexy back to PV Solar.
Earlier this month, I attended Solar Power International (SPI) 2015 for CleanTechnica, and I'm now bringing the big themes here for your reading pleasure. For PV Solar geeks like me, new glass laminated modules add a bit of aesthetic appeal to the space while new module-integrated electronics that Trina Solar and Tigo Energy were flaunting, combined with new module-integrated mounts

this business is nothing but a marketing business. It cannot deal with any issue that requires a little attention to detail. It is impossible to connect with the person who can fix your problem and each time I have called I hav been on hold and promised by the customer service person that someone will call me that day - nothing happens. think twice about dealing with this business, there is a lot to be said about dealing with the people who own and run the business, unlike true vale solar. After they sign you up no one cares, I'm now trying to get my deposit back and will use a more reliable local business who's reputation is real and not a huge marketing fabrication. These guys are are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Dear David, Due to the time it takes to look after each customer and ensure they are attended to properly our phones can have a queue. True Value Solar prefers to have a queue and people properly served than just quickly process calls without due care. I'm a sorry you have had to wait. I looked into you complaint and I I always try and be fair on the Google Reviews to ensure there is balance. From what I have found out you wanted the installer to put cables in place that could not be done. We wanted to organize another installer to review your demand. The installer was coming out to see if he could accommodate your requests today. Unlike a lot of tradies he rang you and said he would be 10 minutes late due to the rain. You cancelled the appointment and demanded your money back. No problem, we will ensure you are reimbursed. Hopefully you will find a solar company that can work with you. We tried very hard for you.

I am really regretting my decision to install my solar through this company. The aftercare service for products under warranty is $250! The solar system stopped working after 20 months! I've had to wait more than 30 mins to talk to customer care. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to service the solar system and pay $250 on top of that. If you are hoping to save power bills by installing solar system with this company, think again!
Response from the owner - 5 months ago
The fee of $250 was to get your entire system serviced, which is what the Clean Energy Council recommends. The inverter warranty issue is being honored and has no fee attached to it. We are getting the inverter seen to and the service done at the same time to speed things up. If you buy a car it is under warranty, but the service you pay for - solar power systems are the same. It would be unfair to rate a car dealer one star for charging to service a car - it is just as unfair on us. We do our very best to assist all customers. Sometimes our Customer Care Department is very busy - usually because we want to look after our callers properly and that does take time. I would prefer our company to be slow and methodical rather than 'slap-dash.' Hopefully your system is sorted out quickly and you continue to save money off your power bills.

So far I have had very good service from these guys. A bit unexpected as my original system was bought from one of their aquisitions. Very happy up to now. Batteries next!

This company is an absolute disgrace. They take your money and run. Heaven help anyone that may need customer service after the fact. They do not respond to your emails and choose to ignore your issues. In the end they must just be hoping that you will give up and go away. The guarantee is worthless. They will find a way not to replace a faulty panel even when it can be proven to be faulty. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Save the heartache and go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better than True Value Solar.

This is what you offered me: You can be assured that we will strive to provide you with the highest level of service and support, to ensure that your solar installation process is completed in a timely manner. True Value Solar Pty Ltd also provides dedicated teams to answer any questions or queries that you may have throughout the way. This is not my experience so far - Install half complete still waiting TVS despite spending much of my time chasing your teams down.
