Excellent service, friendly, quick to get in and out when dropping off. But while I did state that I didn't need the car back by any specific time, I had dropped off the vehicle around 7:15 am, and had to call myself around 5:00 to see if my car was done. Which then meant I had to wait for the shuttle be available to pick me up. I would have appreciated being notified when the car was actually done so that I could have arranged a shuttle ride at a less busy time during the day.

HORRIBLE!!!! A guy named Brad was terribly disrespectful. Don't be fooled by the free snacks. I took my car in to get a recall fixed. This Brad guy comes out with the "bad news". "Your engine light is on and something is wrong with your transmission we can fix it for $185." Funny "Brad" my engine light wasn't on when I brought it in. This guys says to me you probably didn't notice because your music is too loud. Okay "Brad" I'm African American, not Stupid American. "Most importantly I'm a Christian or else a scene would've been made. I got on the phone with my mother and my mother and I prayed together and God calmed me down. I told them just to give me my car. I don't even know if they fixed the recall. (Faulty passenger side airbag) I took my car to two different places and was told my transmission wasn't a dire issue. Mr. "Brad" was trying to get his hand in my pocket. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I TELL EVERYONE I MEET NOT TO GO THERE! I'm an attorney I wonder if I told him that would I'd been treated with a modicum of respect.

Neal Moen has been our guide through the purchase of four vehicles from Tom Kadlec. We keep coming back because we love the dependability of Honda machines, but to Neal in particular for his ability to: *Listen: He hears what we want, what we need and what we are looking for. *Offer choices: After he is clear about our intentions, he offers viable options for meeting our needs and we feel free to choose for ourselves. *No high pressure: We have changed our minds, walked away, come back, and gone through the process again. Neal accepts it all with style and grace. * Humor: It's a lot to go through in buying a car and Neal's wisecracking lightens it up and makes it fun. *Personal touch: I don't know how he does it, but he remembers our names, our children's name and if we had a dog, he would know the dog's name too. *Balance: While it is clear that Neal works for Honda, I always feel I have gotten the best deal I could financially. I'm never pressured to take on more that I can handle. Tom Kadlek and Honda vehicles are awesome and they are very wise to have Neal Moen on their team. We will go to him as long as he is there. I recommend him him highly.

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. The customer service was lacking to say the least. I purchased a remote start and had them install it. I They said it would take 3 hours. I showed back up 3 hours later and it wasn't even started. They stated they ordered the wrong part and gave me a car to use (the only positive part). I was called about 2-3 hours later and came to pick up my car. I paid and they gave me my keys and said there was a card in the car to explain the remote start. There was no card so I had to back in and wait for them to bring it to me. After 4 days of messing with it I found out that 1 of two keys was a 1 way key and the other was a 2 way key. Thanks for explaining the system you sold me! I am flabbergasted that they did not explain the 2 keys and how they look the same but are different. Thanks YouTube for helping me out when this dealership dropped the ball. Total spent was about $530.

James Dowd was a breath of fresh air. He isn't pushy and provides unbiased information. He provided me with several options and ultimately let me make the decision for myself. I ended up buying a 2016 Honda Accord Sport and I am so happy with the car and my experience at Tom Kadlec. I recommend James Dowd hands down!
