TOP 4 SWEET SOUPS TO ENJOY IN SAIGON
“Chè” (sweet soups) is a family of Vietnamese desserts which can be served hot or cold in the bowls and glasses. And there’s a great variety of flavors you can choose from a great amount of ingredients (jellies, beans, tapioca, fruits, and glutinous rice). Here are the top 4 sweet soups you must try in Saigon.

🍡Mixed sweet soup ( chè thập cẩm)
If you want to taste a bit of everything, then this glass of chè has it all, such as tapioca, mashed mung beans, beans, jelly, coconut milk, steamed rice flakes, and sweet syrup. These will be mixed up so that you can enjoy a sweet and flavorful treat.

🍡Ching Bo Leung sweet soup (sâm bổ lượng)
Order a glass of Sâm bổ lượng, and then you will get to taste the dried red jujube, lotus seeds, dried longan, and thinly shredded seaweed with syrup and ice. Interestingly, a few of these ingredients are trusted to support your cardiovascular system and help your body function much better.

🍡Thai sweet soup
If you love durian, then just give this sweet soup a try – it’s a version of the Tub Tim Grob in Thailand. In Vietnamese, it will be less sweet and using some kinds of fruits. But the highlight of “Chè Thái” here is its yellow of the jackfruit, the green of Vietnamese jellies, the red of pomegranate seeds and the white of lychees.

🍡Khuc Bach sweet gruel
It used to be introduced to Saigon long ago, but chè khúc bạch was seen as a hit with most young Saigonese in 2013. The sweet soup contains lychee jelly, cheese jelly, sugar syrup, and roasted shredded almond seeds.

BAI KEM, LISTED AMONG WORLD'S 100 MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES

According to an annual survey of Flight Network, the biggest travel network in Canada, has just ranked Bai Kem, Phu Quoc in the Top 100 World’s most beautiful beaches in 2018. It’s honored to rank 43 in the list.

🌿 To complete this list, Flight Network has mobilized the participation and voting of over 1,200 journalists, editors, bloggers, and travel staff around the world. They’re all the travel experts who own the rich knowledge and great experiences about the global beaches.

For Bai Kem, it lies south of Phu Quoc Island in the town of An Thoi, about 25km from the center of Duong Dong town. And the reason why we call it Bai Kem since the sand here is as white as cream with an arc shape and a tranquil beach between two dark green slopes. Sure enough, the pristine beauty of Bai Kem is appealing enough for anyone who lands his or her feet on the fine sand.

MUA CAVES [HANG MUA], HALONG BAY ON LAND

Situated 5km out of the hustling city of Ninh Binh, Mua Caves attract anyone who visit with its spectacular limestone mountains and picturesque landscapes.

The view is amazing, especially as we can see river and rice paddies from distance, which only make you want to stop here longer for taking a look.

But for us, the best not to miss is the one with the stone railings. And at the top of the staircase, we can see the beautiful dragon and a little pagoda that naturally offers you another fantastic view of the whole region.
