Another 4v5 solo queue win. My third in the last month (what is with my luck re:leavers?!) Mad props to the team for sticking with it, Eve for camping botlane to help me out despite top getting absolutely owned early game. Kennen for his ridiculously excellent ults that locked their team down into AoE rocket friendly groups, and eve again for just dumping crazy damage on their team all game.
They had a ridiculously scary teamcomp but their Kat never finished her zhonya's and didn't snowball the way she needed to. We continually focused her down every time she tried to ult.
They ended up with 3 really tanky champions, if you look at their items: Blitz, Renek, Xin. I was considering dropping the BT late for a BotRK, but I felt that because I went 2 mitigation items (thornmail +GA for xin/renek who were diving me 24/7 in teamfights, and without ali we had no peel) I couldn't give up the damage from the BT for a BotRK, but if I was playing that situation again, I would swap it out. The extra lifesteal, the active, and the chunking ability would have been even more helpful late.
Anyway, just a reminder that you should never throw in the towel. If you can force your enemies into complacency (They have a leaver, Free Win!) and capitalize on mistakes. Teams really seem to go on tilt when they start losing a 5v4.
