My family, friends & I always look forward to staying in one the cabins from Timber Tops. We usually go to Tennessee every year. The cabins are very spacious, & we'll arranged. The staff @ Timber Tops are always willing and ready to help us find the perfect cabin to accommodate our group. They are also very helpful with directing us on events and entertainment in the area during the times we are visiting. They have a large variety of cabins to choose from. They also have return customer discounts. Great company, great cabins & a great town! !!

It's just OKAY... I would given it 2 Stars, but "Disliked it!" was not the sentiment I wanted to share. I stayed in the "A beautiful Gatlinburg View" cabin. The view is beautiful - indeed. The accommodations were not worth the price per night. It is not as spiffy as the pictures lead you to be. The carpets were VERY stained throughout the cabin and had not been vacuumed. The lack of cleanliness made it tough to sleep in the bed - just wondering...There is a closet of some sort on the lower level with a least 3 feet of dirty sheets and such...Just gross! The point of renting this cabin was for it's view; 3 floors each with it's own deck. One would expect decent patio furniture. Plastic would have been better than the wooden rickety rocking chairs. The house could sleep 7 comfortably but there were only 4 chairs. The main floor's media center was a joke! None of the remotes worked properly and the TV kept shutting off. The TV's aspect ratio was not correct and I couldn't scroll through the cable channels. We laughed the first few times - then it was just annoying. The hot tub was NOT hot - again, one of the amenities that made us choose this cabin.

My wife and I rented a "Luxury Cabin" from Timber Tops for 4 days to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. When we walked in the cabin, we were hit with an obnoxious, toxic odor that was absolutely horrible, it smelled like sewer gas. Timber Tops did not have another cabin in the Starr Crest Resort so we had to stay in a motel. I told Timber Tops just to refund our $957.18 because our vacation was ruined and we were just going back home. I received an email the next day from Mandy Rodriguez stating she would only refund one day.Timber Tops swindled us out of $652.46. I intend to file a lawsuit against Timber Tops. Even though I might have to pay over $5,000.00 to my attorney, I don't care because I will not let them get away with highway robbery. BEWARE OF TIMBER TOPS AND LEARN FROM OUR EXPERIENCE - THEY ARE CROOKS

The cabins location was perfect, we were going to a conference at La Conte Center. The size was wonderful for our group. Our problem with the cabin were maintenance issues. We had trouble unlocking the door we thought it was just us, but when it was time for us to go to the conference we could not lock the door. Dead batteries. The kitchen floors were sticky like a sugar soda had been spilled and not cleaned up well at all. The kitchen overhead light bulb was burned out when we arrived, the next morning I make coffee, the craft has coffee packs of coffee in it, that I do not see as I pour distilled water from the jug into the coffee maker, as it brews it goes all over the counter as I am trying to make breakfast in the dark. Next pot the coffee maker fails. Last but not least, the air conditioning units are not blowing cold. I am very thankful it was not hot as a matter of a fact it was cool early and late in the day. We reported our issues to the office and help came right away. Replaced the bulb and coffee maker, checked the AC this did not help. I had requested a mop and he brought one to me. I was not happy at all, being the group leader. Most of the women never knew we had any problems. They requested that we lease this cabin again next year and I have. Truly, I hope next year will be better with everything working as it should. Thank you for listening, Matricia Fleming

My wife and I stayed at Lakeaway. Timbertops was great in helping us find a cabin and the communication and check-in was fantastic. Very pleasant people. The cabin was clean and bright and spacious. Everything worked except the high speed wifi; it was poor to non-existent (not a deal breaker.) The cabin is fairly remote and private, as we requested. The 1/4 mile road to it off the blacktop was a little steep and rough, but we made it in and out even in wet weather. We would stay here again.

The view was ok...However, the cabin was filthy! There was so much dust, my son's allergies were affected. We wait all day and most if the night for the jacuzzi to heat...only to feel like we were in a soup of bacteria! Ot was beyound nasty! Currently with seven small children in our party, we have no water....literally can't flush toilets...i am extremely unsatisfied!

I recently stayed at the Enchanted Hideaway from March 7th through the 10th. I must say that I have stayed at many places but the hospitality of this place was amazing. The staff were very helpful in every question that I had for them. The whole process from checking in to the day that we checked out was great. The pictures of the cabin were perfect! It was a slightly a bit smaller than we expected but still amazing none the less. It also wasn't as secluded as we thought that it would be but at the same time no one can see you through the lush green woods, however you are 5 feet from the cabins around you. It was still an amazing experience and I will for sure be renting with Timber Tops again in the future!

I didn’t know whom to address my concerns to regarding our stay at the River Breeze on October 8-11th of this year. My family and extended family have stayed in the Gatlinburg area every year now for several years. This is the first year that we have stayed in a “Timber Tops” property. We stayed with Timber Tops due to friends and internet review recommendations. We have only heard good things about Timber Tops properties as far as the property being top quality and “luxury cabins”. We were very surprised and disappointed upon our arrival at the Timber Tops River Breeze location In Sevierville. When we arrived the outside of the property was very deteriorated. The Deck, furnishings and lighting need to be painted/stained and/or replaced. The Deck furniture is very old and needs to be replaced. Looking below the deck we noticed beer cans and bottles that were thrown in between hedges and on the yard below. They definitely looked as if they had been there for months due to the decay. I brought this to Timber Tops attention during our stay. The minute we walked in I noticed cobwebs on the artificial flower arrangements in the great room and the windows had not been cleaned in a long time with cobwebs and streaks. The dining table has large scratches and stains on top. The basement den area had gum stuck to the wall and the basement bathroom had not been cleaned properly with a used q-tip in the corner of the bathroom. The sink in the basement bath was clogged and did not drain at all. The air hockey table did not work(score board) nor did it have a hockey puck. The pool table was very old and worn out with stains on the table. The hot tub outside did not have tablets in the filter and definitely had an odor in the water. When I proceeded to use the loft bedroom Jacuzzi after 1 person taking a shower in the morning, I had no hot water nor did the Jacuzzi jets turn on. I called the Timber Tops again and someone came to turn on the Jacuzzi and noted that it was a safety feature. We had to be careful the entire stay afraid of running out of hot water with only 6 adults in the home. The toilet in the loft bedroom was not in place in the floor and rocked on the floor surface. I have included pictures of the home and the concerns mentioned above. I will say that management and representatives that I spoke with when making my reservation and during my stay were very polite and apologetic. One rep gave us a pass for the Ripley’s Museum during our stay to make up for the Jacuzzi issue. Customer service is not an issue! The maintenance response time was also on point! They responded within minutes. That was a plus! Overall, Timber Tops should not allow this home within their portfolio of homes if is going to continue to represent as having “luxury cabins”. This cabin and our stay was by far a “luxury experience”. The pictures and your core advertising persona is misleading. On your website you are advertising: “Our Properties – are attractive, clean, well-maintained, and represent the finest available vacation rental cabins in the Smoky Mountain market and Our goal is to be the best overnight rental company in Sevier County by meeting and exceeding the expectations of our guests and owners” . We are very disappointed with this home and the price we paid for our “not so luxury” vacation.

I just want to take this time to thank the Timber Tops Management Company and their staff. My family had a great time and has stated that this was the "best family reunion ever. Due to the Timber Tops professionalism and accommodating our needs; I couldn't image having our reunion anywhere else. The three cabins (Timber Lodge, Hayden's Ridge and Adorable Escape) that we rented blew my family away, the online pictures don't come close to describing the beauty of the cabins décor and breath taking views of the Smoky Mountain and sunsets. We even saw fireworks each night from Dollywood Park from Hayden's Ridge. Kari, our sales rep was so extraordinary, no matter the task that was asked of her; she went above and beyond my expectation. This reunion would not have a success without her. I have already reached out to Kari to set up a couple's retreat for next year. Thank you Timber Tops for providing us with an experience that we will never forget.
