Still waiting for your customer Services to contact me back, 7 days to sort out a simple request. Issue is that you sent me the wrong Item (Beats Solo2) instead of the Beat's Solo2 Wireless. Its taking 1 week to try sort the mess out, ive tried calling, Emailing, contacting your messaging centre, Twitter and facebook. All of which are useless. This is very simple I would of thought, you arrange to pick up item, you arrange to send correct item out???? I have had the item send back to you this morning HOWEVER you dont understand (after several times) that I DONT require a refund and I DO require for the correct item I ordered to be sent to me??? Is it that hard?? WARNING to any potential customer. DONT USE THE HUT!!
