Oculus Rift live stream was super disappointing. Win 10 lock in. Xbone controller that only works with it's own dongle and Win 10. Bunch of games that look like standard 3D platformers that will no doubt get sold as standard 3D platformers as well. The custom controllers were the only interesting part but it's not enough to make me buy in to an expensive lock in fraught system with one compelling game and a slew of uninteresting software that I can't use anywhere but on a Windows 10 computer.

Crawl looks like it could be pretty sick.

#videogames  #GOG #oldskool
About: Crawl is the local multiplayer dungeon crawler where your friends control the monsters! It's bullet-hell beat-em-up meets old-school RPG, in an arcadey party-game for up to 4 players. One player is the hero, exploring a randomly generated dungeon full of traps and monsters - all ...

Jeh Johnson , head of the Department of Homeland Security, owes an immediate explanation to Americans, many of whom are understandably baffled, worried and shocked by a report that recently leaked out of the Transportation Security Administration . According to the report, undercover federal agents were able to sneak fake bombs past TSA screeners with apparent ease, despite the billions of dollars that the U.S. government spends on airport secur...

It took a pretty solid while to get most of this down. I still read things like this because I'm afraid I'm doing it wrong. I usually do find one or two new small things that are new when reading from different sources. Such a rich game.
If you've never played Monster Hunter, then Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is the best jumping-on point – but it's still hella confusing to the uninitiated. There are so many menus and icons and confusing screens of help text, and there's quite a lot to do before you can just grab a weapon and kill something with it. Naturally, you'll get a feel for all of it as you go on, and the game does a better job than any of its predecessors at easing you in, b...

I can live with this! I've seen some friends play it on Wii U and it looks fun. I'm always game for any AAA title that makes me feel like I made a good investment in the New 3DS.

Holy boner pants! This looks awesome. Despite meh reviews I really enjoyed All 4 One and I thought In To The Nexus was really solid and enjoyable. Hopefully this means +Insomniac Games is ready to delve in to the PS4 end of the pool finally. Bring on the Ratchet & Clanks, Resistance and hopefully some new IPs from Insomniac.

Full Tetsucabra armor finally. The level of detail in this game is amazing given the low power nature of the device. Try to imagine if Capcom would work this magic with something like an Xbox One or Playstation 4. Sadly the closest you can currently get is Monster Hunter 3 U on Wii U which is just a slightly up res'd version of the 3ds game complete with Wii quality textures. sigh

I'm aware of the PC games but they are Asian languages only to my knowledge. So I'm only addressing games available in the US here since Capcom can't be bothered to address fans here in the states.

I am hopeful that at E3 they'll announce either Monster Hunter X(cross) for at minimum English region 3ds and hopefully a Wii U version as well. I'd also settle for 4U on Wii U as long as any Wii U version is better implemented than the above mentioned 3U up scaled cop out.

Very fast service. Despite their speed and intensity the staff is still very polite. I figured I'd see the usual, one, maybe two guys pull the car in pop the hood do their thing and roll on. In fact 3 or 4 people descended on my vehicle. The oil was changed but they also cleaned all the garbage out of my car, checked my lights and washed my windows. To top it off apparently I had dropped a dollar bill and they had tucked it neatly into my cup holder when they could have very well made off with it. Throw in a very neat and well kept waiting area with complementary coffee, snacks and a tv and it was a very, unexpectedly, pleasant visit. Every company should stop by Kwik Kar of Yukon to see how customer service is supposed to work. I'm moving back to Iowa can I take Kwik Kar with me!?

Appeared to be a brand new Subway. Very clean and nice decour. Huge windows let you see the area around the restaurant. Staff was super friendly. Food was spot on. Price, well it's what you normally pay at a subway. Great experience all around!

Biggest room I've ever had for $70/night. I got the single king non-smoking. It's practically a suite. The room was very clean and pretty well kept. There were small signs of wear which is to be expected at a slightly lower cost hotel but nothing worth commenting on. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a nice Samsung HD TV along with premium channels. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was the typical waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit and yogurt deal you get at most hotels that offer free breakfast. This place is great and I'll be staying there every time I pass through Kansas City.

Large clean laundromat. The equipment seems older but is well maintained and clean. Free wifi but you have to ask the attendant for the password. Prices are ok. $1.75 for a standard washer but only $0.75 for a huge dryer. If I find myself in need of a laundromat again this is where I'll head.

Very dirty. Appeared to be an old motel 6 converted for long term stay. Fixtures and bath/sink areas had dingy grime that probably could have been cleaned with a little elbow grease. Appliances were in ok shape but the coffee maker had not been properly cleaned. Sheets were clean but the mattress was uncomfortable as if it had been broken down due to extensive use. Blanket on the bed had small holes due to wear. It's not the worst hotel room I've ever been in but if you're staying on an extended stay it's not where you want to be for two weeks to a month. The staff as nice enough. I canceled my room with out a problem and I went to the other Studio 6 in Midwest City near Tinker AFB and they explained that this Studio 6 is franchised while the Tinker Studio 6 is actually corporate. Do yourself a favor and don't bother staying here.
