+Lode Van Beethoven  - I doubt it's going to disappear, though I think it stands to benefit from some actual competition.

+Daniel Murrell  - depending on which of the options you pick, Classic Shell doesn't look old, but rather function in a much more familiar fashion. Let's face it: a start menu is a start menu - there are only so many ways to address that.
