I have some fresh blueberries just waiting to be put in a salad for my 20 in 30 green salad challenge.

I love teaching people about ingredients and real food, but in a practical, non-judging way. Although my background is in nutrition, I do not judge others on what they eat. I am a real foodie and farm appreciator. I doubt I will ever farm myself. 

I love grass-fed meats, real butter, organic...and See's candy. I blog about real food, ingredients and the funny way marketers present food.  I also try to add a sarcastic twist to my posts as well to make food and nutrition fun. 

I am also a SAHM mom and love it. I have so much fun mommying as well as blogging.
