Thank you for taking the time to write your review, I'm just sorry that on this occasion your stay did not live up to expectations. We do our best to ensure that all publicity and marketing materials (website, etc) portray our hotel 'as is' so that guests are not misled, I'm sorry if you expected our 1 bedroom apartments to be different. Regarging the noise issues you experienced, we do our best to ensure that noise levels from fellow guests are kept within reasonable limits and our security team have strict instructions to put a stop to all anti social behaviour. I'm glad that some of your stay was positive and sincerely hope you'll give us another chance to redeem ourselves by returning in the not-too-distant future.
