Honestly Fahad gave me one of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. His honesty, Friendly attitude and the care he put into meeting my concerns really helped me to feel comfortable and happy with buying a vehicle from Him. I would defiantly reccomemd him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

We had bought a used vehicle through this dealership a few months ago.Our salesman was Abel. When we purchased the vehicle I asked if there were two keys that came with the vehicle. Its touch less entry and I knew they were expensive keys to replace. He assured me there were two keys that came with the vehicle. By the time we went to pick up the vehicle the other key magically disappeared. Abel assures us that they will replace the key as soon as they can order one in. Well its been about 4 or 5 months and still no key. We have tried calling the managers in the dealership and they will not return our calls either. I have never had a worse experience buying a vehicle and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't shop there anymore either.

They really took care of us here went way beyond our expectations trying to get us a car. They dealt with us like we were family. They even gave us a key ring with the loonie attached for shopping carts. They never gave up on us thank you sunridge nissan we love our car.

David Torres customer service at the Sunridge Nissan Automotive Supercentre goes above and beyond what we could ever have anticipated. From the minute we walked in and met his friendly, helpful way, we were listened to, and heard. He even went and got the vehicle we thought we might like, not knowing if it would be our desire once we saw it. He made our wait for him to return with the car comfortable and pleasant. The sale was kept within our budget and meeting our needs was his priority. He did that and more. No pressure. A highly professional, exciting, rewarding experience of purchasing a used car that we are thrilled with and yes we have been turned into a trusting returning customer in the future. Went in expecting to be forced into a car i didn't want just like has happened so many times at other places. To my surprise Danny Kelts and Alex Stone did the complete opposite. I walked out with BETTER then what I wanted. Instead of a used Rogue they found a way to help me buy brand new. I would definitely recommend Sunridge Nissan to my friends and point them in the Direction of either of those 2. Best car experience I could have ever hoped for.

We recently purchased a car from Giancarlo and we really enjoyed our experience with him. He was professional, very friendly, did not pressure us and was willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Sunridge itself has some logistical issues that it needs to work out, but we would recommend Giancarlo.

Went in to begin looking at suvs. There are lots of used suvs on their website, but apparently none of the particular vehicles I was interested in were actually on the lot. Salesmen says he can have one moved to the lot but I would have to put a deposit down.... Seriously, I haven't even seen the car yet and you want my money already? What a joke. Recognise the economy that you're operating in, treat your customers like customers. On a side note, as I was walking out overheard another salesmen tell another 'customer' that none of the vehicles she came into see were available either. Save your time, drive down the road to Sundridge Mazda, they'll treat you better.

Hey Micheal, I apologize that the vehicle you came down to see was not available. Unfortunately it can be difficult to accommodate the 800+ pre-owned vehicles in our dealer group at one location. We also believe that safety is paramount, so allowing our clientele to drive vehicles (even for a test drive) that have not been through our Service department is something we do not do.Our inventory turnover is one of the fastest in the city (as we share vehicles between our 8 locations) so our Sales team is always eager to take a deposit to ensure they can hold that vehicle before it gets sold by one of our stores elsewhere. If you were upset about not being able to see the car. A deposit means we can hold that vehicle for you.Please let me know what your requirements are for your preowned vehicle. Selling twice the volume of our neighbor means you probably paid too much if you went next door! Same here, we bought pre-owned 2013 Nissan Rogue, two months ago, and our sales man is Richard. We are promised to have two sets of keys, and when we picked the vehicle up, the tag we have clearly said set one of the two, and they could not find the other set of keys, and they said it might be a manual mistake. We have never bought any vehicle that only provides one set of keys, and we did not buy that excuse, so we asked him to check it again for us, and let us know. He promised to check one month later and let us know, and his excuses is that they may find it at the end of the month when things are sorted out. So we waited, nothing happened except those advertising emails. So I texted him later, he said he's not working there anymore and give me the general customer service number of Sunridge Nissan, instead of specifically whom to contact in case of this issue. Then we called so many times, of course no one answered. So disappointed in their service and I honestly believe no one actually trying to find it, just kept lying to us. We will never go back again.
