INCREDIBLE experience at Suncoast! My mother and I had to come in for a funeral, we stayed for 4 days. The staff, from the cleaning crew, to casino, to wait staff was top notch. They always had a smile, a kind word and a hug for our friend who lost her husband. The room was enormous and the view was spectacular. It was very, very clean and we could not get over how quiet the room was at night - we slept wonderfully. We would like to especially mention Donna Sinclair, her wonderful personality was just the icing on the cake. We are planning a return trip to enjoy Suncoast again!

PROs 1. Everything under one roof (i.e., Movie theater, TGIF restaurant and all the gambling you could ask for) 2. Plenty of free parking, valet's if you need them and good lighting/security in parking lot. 3. Rooms are well equipped, good tv, nice mini fridge, safe, small couch, good sized bathrooms, and well cleaned. CONs 1. A smokers dream...smoking is allowed in all common areas, which translates to everything, everywhere smelling like smoke. The room didn't smell too bad, but the rest of the place was grossly over smoked. 2. You have to buy the internet...it says free, but they actually charged me everyday I was there and all I did was use facebook. 3. You're in middle of nowhere, and have to drive to get anywhere. $75 cab ride from the airport, for one person, and you're about a $50 cab ride from the strip (ZERO public transport in this area)

I have stayed at the Suncoast numerous times because of their generousity for comped room. But that is not the only reason why I stay at this nice hotel. The rooms are clean and roomy. The casino has all the games I want to play. They have a movie theater, a bowling alley, plenty of restuarants to dine to, a nice sports book, and plenty of parking space but I use the valet anyways. And if you like to hang out with the crowds, the Strip is about 20 minutes away and Old Downtown Fremont is only 10 minutes. But what I really go for is for golf. They have Angel Park GC which is across the street and the 5 star course Badlands GC which is 3 minutes away. Depending on which side of the hotel you are, you can see both courses from the room window. You will not be disappointed staying at the Suncoast. Some people might say its smokey but I didn't have any problems with it and some people might complain about service but I've seen worse. So anyways thats my 2 cents but the only way you're really going to find out is by staying there and I really think you will be pleased.

The look of the hotel from the outside is great. The cafe siena suncoast, however, is horrible! Understaffed and they are incompetent. They completely forget about you, we heard from 3 different people "I'll go get your server right now" after our server finally arrived 3 other servers were finally on the floor. Really?? The food wasnt great either.

Thank you for posting your comments. I apologize for the poor service you received. The service you received is not in line with our usual high standards of service that we strive to achieve. I have passed your comments regarding the service and food quality to our Food and Beverage Department so they can properly address your concerns. Have a nice day.

For a Casino, it is what I expected. People were friendly. It is close to Red Rocks and doesn't have the crowds of the strip, however, there is a hwy you can jump on to get down there. It is also very affordable. They were super accommodating as well.

I have traveled all over the world and I was impressed with the room. Quiet, clean, room. Honestly I felt like I was living like a king. Yes, it is a little smoky downstairs, but I wasn't really there for the gambling anyway. I was on a weekend visit to see friends and the price was right, the location great out west away from the maddening crowds on the Strip and still minutes to everything. I have stayed at MUCH worse places. This is a nice nice place with easy access and plenty of covered parking. I ate at the Fridays downstairs and for the first time actually enjoyed eating at a Fridays. Even the casino wasn't too noisy. I had a great time and will be back only staying here cause it didn't break the bank and I was very comfortable here.

HUGE room, California king bed was great, huge flat panel TV, really reasonably priced, good restaurants. Clean, nice. Non-smoking floor. They have a free shuttle to/from the airport and their sister hotels on the strip but they only run every other hour. If you don't need to be near the convention center or on the strip, I totally recommend it.
