Congratulations to Emery, 2017 Success Stories Finalist!

Emery's transformation began in 2013, when he realized he was on a path of self-destruction. His health had declined due to inactivity, excessive partying and smoking, and indulging in high-calorie fast food. A life-long musculoskeletal disorder limits the mobility of his right arm.

Today, Emery is a completely changed person. He is 100 lbs lighter, has kicked his poor habits, and has stopped taking anti-depressants. He has seen major improvements to the movement and functionality of his right arm. He is playing semi-pro basketball again. Most importantly, he has gained a sense of purpose and excitement for continuing with a healthy lifestyle: "Steve Nash Fitness World and Sports Clubs is my safe space, and much, much more."

Congratulations to Satpaul, 2017 Success Stories finalist!

After being put on mandatory bed rest for the majority of two pregnancies, Satpaul suffered from atrophied muscles and weight gain. She also struggled with chronic back pain and tendonitis, which made carrying her baby or a cup of coffee difficult.

After working with Personal Trainer Marc at Steve Nash Fitness World Delta, Satpaul has gone from fearful to fearless. She can now squat 115 lbs, and completed her first Half Marathon the day after her 40th birthday, proudly setting a healthy example for her two children and husband.
