Another classic. One you can sink tons of money to keep going no less ...

But Porsche 914s are epic. Especially in Mustard Yellow.
Before the automotive industry hit its stride in the low priced enthusiast market there were few good options. After...well, lets just say they knew a...

Home. Sick.
That is far to often the title. This time, it's very food poisoning like or equivalent. Stomach pains: check. Fever, dizziness, etc... : check.

Seems like going to work is unhealthy. (and now the work piles up)

Did I ever mention how much I love cube shaped computers?

This is a pretty epic ITX case.
Introducing the DB4, our most ambitious fanless case to date, featuring a bisymmetrical design that is uniquely bold and blurs the lines between technology and art. With the DB4 we set out to not only redefine what a PC case could look like, but the performance and compatibility achievable from ...

Lovely new pack from YNOT, Made in Toronto CANADA. This is pretty much a minimalist weekend Algonquin portage pack IMO.
I have all the gear I really need for portaging, my Grey Seek Outside Evolution in VX42 is excellent and weighs nothings, but like my father, tents and packs are things that we collect unconsciously.
Maybe I'll grab this for short-hop and bike related packing, as this YNOT pack is an evolution from the Magnetica model. Debating it.

Hope everyone on North America is enjoying a nice long weekend. Friday July 1st being Canadian holiday and Monday, July 4th, being the US.

Enjoy some fresh air!
YNOT's Backpack is designed to be adjusted to carry different gear. From camping, hiking, hunting, bushcraft, climbing or traveling.

Mark Higgin's narrating his lap around the Isle of Man TT. Let's say it's epic and I should have strapped a heart monitor on myself.

So this is what a well tuned Rally Spec Subaru can do ... tuned for tarmac. Damn....

Looks like Mark is heading to Pike's Peak this year with this setup. I want a bumper cam.

Makes sense: a boat-builder would be ideal person to hire to build a tiny house.

Lovely house.

Such a lovely car. Makes nice poster or t-shirt.

Hey drivers: chill out.
That’s the message behind some snarky new road signs on the McIlraith Bridge in Old Ottawa East.

Major Kudos Ottawa!
Some new road signs are telling it like it is after cyclists complained they were being harassed near Main Street.

This video is more then 1 hour long, entertaining and somewhat eye-owning on the question-and-answer period at the end. Grant Petersen is often refereed to as the "Retro-Grouch" of bicycles.

I love his gear and most likely would own one already, if the dollar exchange between Canada and the US wasn't so wonky.

What is acute though is his clear and well stated change of attitude to bikes in traffic. I get his statements on the safety and security and it bothers me. Why? Because I expected things to get better over the last 7-8 years, not worse.

Well done video.

Spent the morning and just past noon in the port of Toronto, the Redpath Tall ships being the main attraction for my father and I.

The Viking ship is an epic piece of construction, but the neighboroughing berth had a Spanish Galeon that simple put scale into perspective. Both are standouts.

They sail as group tomorrow around 2 pm, so go see it.

Hopping straight into the sky!

After my vacation, I trimmed the unrully hops at the bottom of their runs. Now they have a few feet looped at the base are meandering up. I find it funny how they try to reach higher, by almost any means.
