Hi folks - first time poster here :)

I'm trying to put together a suitcase carry on studio which I can take into cabin luggage while I travel. (Thinking about a couple months trip with my fiancée.)

Ideally, I'd have sequencer, percussion, bass/lead line, chords, mixer and delay/reverb effects. And I have a mother 32 separately for basses/leads.

Any thoughts, feedback? I'm pretty happy with how this setup looks although it's very costly. Obviously I could get a cheaper bass/lead line than the SEM but I love the patchability of it. (And the sound of course.)

This looks like a total package right? Or am I missing anything? (E.g. utilities I'm not thinking of.)

Thanks!
Steef

PS Oh right, I'm planning to use the Pittsburgh Modular Structure EP-208 case which should be allowed on most airline cabins.
Power Consumption: 318 mA +12V | 121 mA -12V | 0 mA 5V | Depth: 40 mm | Price: $3354 | Number of Modules: 9 | Data Sheet Achtung This Rack contains modules with incomplete power consumption specs: Generalissimo, Chord, twinCussion, Marion Systems Corporation SEM Plus, Performance mixer ...

Have been waiting for a feature like this! A personalized playlist based on my previous "saves" & favorites.

Great result too! Have already "saved" 5 out of the first 20 songs or so which is a good rate I think.

+TechCrunch summarizes well why I wanted this in the first place: "The issue is that you can’t just hit play on the Browse tab. You have to dig in and find something specific, then pop back out and try again. That’s a lot of work, especially if you’re trying to work, work out, commute, or rest. But a playlist can be easily turned on to let your ears do the deciphering of what you like, not your eyes."

The evolution of mobile phones....

Love this image. It shows what has become more important to us over time. For me, it illustrates the shift from communication to consumption.  What do you see?

i liked it on my previous phone, the nexus 5 but tbh expected a bit more of it on the lg g3. the LG stuff on there sort of hides the upgrade underneath.

Autechre
