Summer menu launches at Bumpkin
We've had a sneak peek at the new summer and healthy menus from Bumpkin South Kensington and they look super-delicious.
New starters from Executive Chef Raymond Fulton-Corrie include Asparagus, Truffle, Soft Poached Egg and Smoked Ham Hock Terrine, Crispy Crackling, Dill Pickles. Follow that with a summery dish of Line Caught Sea Bass, Braised Chicory, Fennel and Crab Salad or Roast Free Range Chicken Breast, Baked Jersey Royals and Mixed Beets. And dessert offers include Strawberries and Cream with Madeleines.
Bumpkin have also teamed up with 'Flexi Foodie' Julie Montagu - who is a health coach and wellness warrior. The healthy options on the menu include a Chopped Allotment Salad with grated horseradish and beetroot dressing as well as a range of hydraulic cold pressed juices like the Vitamin Booster; grapefruit, ginger and carrot and the Body Hydrate; packed with watermelon, cucumber and mint.
